HOLISTIC HEALTH & MASSAGE CANCELLATION POLICY
Holistic Health & Massage values your time, and appreciates when that respect is returned. When a booking is made, that time is reserved especially for you, and blocked from any other clients. When a late notice (within 12 hours) cancellation is made, it means that someone else has missed out on getting a much needed massage and our small business loses out for that appointment slot.
We do however understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients & our massage therapists the following policies are honoured:
Cancelation Policy
12-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment to prevent you being billed a late cancellation fee. This allows the opportunity of your appointed time to be offered to someone else. If you are unable to give 12 hours advance notice but do let us know that you will be unable to attend, we can at least try to fill your spot and therefore will have no need to pass the cancelation fee onto you. If we are unable to you fill your reserved appointment time you will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of the total cost of your appointment.
If an appointment for a voucher is cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice or the client doesn’t turn up, the client voids that voucher.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be required to pay for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
No-shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and no reason is provided, the appointment will be classed as a No Show, and you will be charged a cancelation fee for the full time reserved for you.
If you were unable to give us 12 hours notice and we were unable to fill the appointment time you reserved, your therapist will be in touch to discuss applying our cancellation policy.
